HOME UPGRADES
You Can Upgrade to a Different Home
When you participate in our rent-to-own home program, you can switch to any available home. Perhaps you began a rent-to-own lease in a smaller home and later decide that you would like a larger or newer home because of your growing family. Or you are an empty nester, and would like to move to a smaller unit.
Simply call our office and request that your rent credits be transferred to a different home. If you prefer, you can use earned rent credits towards the down payment on any home or a brand new home built to your specifications.
OUR APPLICATION PROCESS

New residents must complete an application and go through a background check. Don't worry about your credit score, because that does not influence our decision. We primarily want to be sure our communities are safe and that you have stable income to support your monthly payment.

For those without the downpayment cash, we offer our homes on rent-to own programs including rent credit and lease option programs. You can even start as a rent-to-own for and switch to a mortgage in the future. When switching, we pay your downpayment!
