Lakeview is an all-ages community located in the quaint town of Converse, Indiana, which has shopping and dining within walking distance. Families choose our community when they want to escape Marion Indiana, 13 miles to the east, and Kokomo, Indiana, 20 miles to the west. While convenient to both cities, Converse is quieter, safer, and has the Oak Hill School District that parents adore.
There is an onsite two acre stocked fishing lake with bass, catfish, and other species available for use by our residents, and a beautiful windmill to keep the water aerated and the fish healthy.
We offer new and pre-owned mobile homes from 1 to 3 bedrooms and lot rentals if you prefer to bring your existing home. Homes are available as rent-to-own and vary from 1 to 3 bedrooms to meet any family’s needs.
