All residents have access to our secure online resident portal, where you can view your account activity, invoices, signed leases, and other important documents from any computer, smartphone, or tablet.

The portal also allows you to make rent and other account payments quickly and conveniently by:

• Credit card

• Debit card

• Electronic bank transfer (ACH)

• One-time or recurring automatic payments

You can choose the payment method and schedule that works best for you.

Residents may also make cash payments through Zego by PayLease at Walmart and more than 20,000 participating retail locations nationwide, making it easy to pay even if you do not have a bank account or prefer to pay in person.

To create your online account, you must register using the same email address we have on file for you, along with the 3-digit account number shown on your monthly statement. If you do not have this information, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you.

For added convenience, you can also download the rmResident mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to access your account and make payments directly from your phone.
