Regency Estates is a 51 unit mobile home community located near the town of Pendleton, Indiana in Fall Creek Township in Madison County, part of the Anderson metropolitan area.  This is an all- ages family community with long-term tenants, some of whom have lived here for decades.
 

We offer new and pre-owned mobile homes from 1 to 3 bedrooms and lot rentals if you prefer to bring your existing home.  Homes are available as rent-to-own and vary from 1 to 3 bedrooms to meet any family’s needs.
