We recently delivered two brand-new 14x70 Adventure homes to the Marine Drive mobile home park in Portage, Indiana. These homes are currently in process of being installed. Once completed, they will be offered for sale or lease-to-own.
These are the first of many brand new homes that we intend to deliver over the upcoming years. Some of the existing homes from the late 1960s and early 1970s will be replaced with these new homes.
We will be offering homes in 1, 2, or 3 bedroom models with 1 or 2 bathrooms. Once available, the homes will be listed on our website at mPark Homes.com
