On December 21, 2018, mPark Homes acquired the Hillcrest Mobile Home Park in Wabash, Indiana. The community was acquired from an out-of-state operator who was divesting all of its investments in Indiana to focus on other business ventures.
The Hillcrest Mobile Home Park has 68 lots licensed by the Indiana Department of Health, and at the time of acquisition 47 of them were occupied. Additionally, several other units were vacant, and some of them were in a state of disrepair.
Immediately upon acquisition, we will be begin aggressively marketing the vacant units and refurbishing others. Over the next several years, we intend to put all current units in service and to infill vacant lots with new homes.
