All potential residents aged 18 and older are required to complete an individual Resident Application and must be approved to move into the community. Our screening process includes a review of employment, rental history, and a check for prior evictions; please ensure you include at least one year of history for both employment and housing. While all credit scores qualify, we do prioritize a consistent history of responsibility.

There is a $30 application fee for each adult applicant. To maintain a secure and efficient environment, we no longer handle payments on-site. You may pay your fee directly through our website or at over 20,000 Zego Paylease retail locations, including Walmart, Kroger, and many others.
