mPark Homes Acquires the Woodburn Mobile Home Park Near Fort Wayne, Indiana

The Woodburn Mobile Home Park was acquired by mPark Homes on 5/24/2017.. This acquisition brings the number of mobile home parks that we manage in Indiana to two. The Woodburn Mobile Home Park has 108 licensed rental lots of which only about 70 are currently occupied. Our strategy for this community is to refurbish and rent or sell vacant and abandoned homes and bring new homes to the community. We currently offer Adventure homes, which are manufactured in Garrett, Indiana.
