The Upcountry Mobile Home Park on Walker Road in Seaford has just finished installing the first of several brand new mobile homes to be installed this year. The community was purchased by new owners in 2021 who took decisive action to clean up the property, remove dilapidated homes, and perform much needed tree service.
The new home is a Clayton Epic 2023 model and measures 14x70 feet. It is undergoing the final inspections by the Sussex County building department, and will be put on the market for sale or rent once approved. The Upcountry Mobile Home Park will be requesting permits to install four additioanl mobile homes in 2023.
